It makes sense to review all your financial affairs at the same time as purchasing or moving home especially if this also coincides with getting married or adding to your family.
For mortgages we can be paid by commission, a fee or a combination of the two. The actual amount you pay will depend upon your circumstances. The total amount payable is up to 1% but a typical charge is 0.3% of the amount borrowed.
Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up payments on your mortgage.
